Hello, I'm Dianne Perkins, and for almost a decade I've been dedicated to helping individuals achieve the American Dream of homeownership as a loan originator.

My inspiration to enter the mortgage industry was driven by the desire to be part of an industry that changes lives. Homeownership is a cornerstone of the American Dream, and I find it deeply fulfilling to assist people in making this dream a reality.

Citrus County has been my home for 24 years, a place where my husband and I raised our children. The small-town atmosphere and the natural beauty of Florida create a unique sense of community. The generosity of the people in Citrus County has truly touched my heart and I love helping others find a place to put down roots in this beautiful community.

Specializing in down payment assistance and first-time home buyers, my approach with clients is straightforward: "Let's see what's possible." I believe in setting clear expectations from the start and making myself available to answer questions and provide guidance throughout their journey to homeownership.

My clients often describe working with me as a calming presence that eases their anxieties. They appreciate my dedication to finding the best loan product for their individual needs; no two clients are the same and I am committed to providing personalized solutions and to making this process that can feel stressful as easy as possible.

Staying up-to-date with industry trends is crucial. I attend conferences annually, follow industry experts and keep up with industry changes through reading. My perspective on today's housing market is that it might be slower than a year ago, but it remains a great time to buy. With over 250 loan programs and 3 distinct down payment assistance programs, I have a range of options to help nearly everyone achieve their homeownership goals, whether that’s today, or a year from now, I’m committed to my clients until we reach their goals.

Beyond work, I enjoy a variety of hobbies, including walking, kayaking, traveling, gardening, and even cross-stitching. Spending time with my family brings me the most joy. My husband of 32 years, two sons, three grandchildren, and my faithful dog Chase make life truly meaningful.

I'm actively involved in the community as a business partner with the Citrus County Realtors Association, a member of Rotary of Inverness, and part of the Citrus County Chamber of Commerce.
